Kwa miaka mingi sasa imekuwa ni kawaida kuwasikia Waislamu wakifundisha jamii kuwa “Isa bin Maryamu” kama Qurani inavyofundisha ndiye “Yesu Kristo”. Mafundisho haya Hivi sasa yanaendeshwa kwa mtindo wa kulinganisha aya za Biblia na Qurani. Wahadhiri wa dini ya kiislamu wanaendesha Mihadhara ambayo imeenea sana duniani na hasa zaidi katika nchi za Africa ya Mashariki na Kati (East and Central Africa). Wahadhiri hao pia huchapisha vijarinda na kurekodi kanda(Cassette) za Audio na Video, ambazo zimesababisha baadhi ya Wakristo waamini kuwa Isa Bin Maryamu ndiye Yesu Kristo. Swali la msingi kwa Wakristo wote; Je, ni kweli kuwa Isa bin Maryamu ndiye Yesu Kristo? Nakusihi fuatilia somo hili ili kujua ukweli.

Marko 6:3-4

Huyo si yule seremala, mwana wa Mariamu na ndugu yao Yakobo, na Yose, na Yuda na Simoni? Na maumbu yake hawapo hapa petu? Wakajikwaa kwake. Yesu akawaambia “Nabii hakosi heshima, isipokuwa katika nchi yake mwenyewe, na kwa jamaa zake na nyumbani mwake.

Hapa Waislamu wanasema kama vile Qurani inavyofundisha jina la Mama wa Isa ni Mariamu kadharika Biblia inafundisha jina la Mama yake Yesu ni Maryamu. Hivyo wanasema kuwa Yesu ndiye Isa. Soma pia Mathayo 1: 18-21 na Yohana 2:1

Kwa hivyo kama Quran inavyofundisha kuwa Isa mwana wa Maryamu ni mtume kwa Waisraeli ndivyo Biblia inafundisha kuwa Yesu ni mtume kwa waisraeli hivyo basi Isa ndiye Yesu. Hivi ndivyo wahadhiri wa dini ya Uislamu wanavyoifundisha jamii. Je, hoja hii ni sahihi nitajibu huko mbele:-

(kumbukani tena) mwenyenzi Mungu atakaposema ,Ewe Isa mwan wa MaryamuKumbukeni neema yangu juu ya mama yako.Nilipokusaidia kwa [kukupa kuwa na wewe ]Roho takatifu[Jibrili],ukazungumza na watu [maneno ya nafuu]katika utoto[wako] na katika utu-uzima [wako].Na [kumbuka].Nilipokufundisha kuandika na [nikakupa] hikima,Taurati na Injli na ulipotengeneza kwa udongo sura za ndege kwa idhini yangu,na ulipo waponesha vipofu na wenye mbalanga kwa idhini yangu,na ulipowatoa [baadhi ya] wafu [makaburi mwao] kwa idhini yangu,na Nilipokuzuilia wana wa Israili [wasikudhuru] ulipowafikia kwa hoja zilizo wazi;wale walio kufuru miongoni mwao wakasema:Haya si chochote ila ni uchawi dhahiri.

Waislamu wanasema huu ni ushahidi wakutosha kwani Allah anasema Isa alifanya miujiza mingi hii.

Wahadhiri wa kiislamu wanasema kama vile Qurani inavyosimulia kuwa Isa amefanya miujiza mingi, ndivyo Biblia inavyofundisha hivyo Yesu ndiye Isa isitoshe wanasema hivi:-

Isa bin Maryamu ni Nabii, Suratul An- Nisaa 4;171, kadhalika Biblia inafundisha kuwa Yesu ni Nabii, Yohana 6:14, Yohana 7:40, Luka 13:33,Luka 24:19, Marko 6:4 na Mathayo 13:57. kwa wastani Biblia inafundisha kuwa Yesu ni Nabii mara 12. Vile vile wahadhiri wa Kiislamu wanafundisha ya kwamba Isa ni Neno la Kiarabu ,katika kiingereza Jesus na kwa Kiswahili niYesu.Kupita vigezo hivi baadhi ya Wakristo wameshawishika kuamini kuwa Isa ndiye Yesu. Lakini, lazima tuzichunguze hizi hoja moja baada ya nyingine ili tujue ukweli.

2.Je,Mama wa Isa ndiye wa Yesu Kristo?

Hapo awali tumeona kuwa Mama wa Isa anaitwa Maryamu, Suratul Al Imran 3:45 na pia Mama wa Yesu anaitwa Mariamu Mathayo 1:18-21, Marko 6:3-4 lakini kufanana kwa majina hakuwezi kamwe kumaanisha kuwa ni mtu mmoja. kwani walio na Jina hilo ni wengi. Biblia inatufundisha hivi.

Na penye Msalaba wake Yesu walikuwa wamesimama, Mamaye, na umbu la Mamaye M ariamu wa Klopa na Mariamu Magdalena.

Hapa tunaona Mariamu watatu. Ili kutambua tofauti baina ya Mariamu Mama wa Isa na Mama wa Yesu, lazima tulinganishe ujumbe wa Qurani na Biblia. Qurani inasimulia kuhusu Baba na Kaka wa Mariamu Mama wa Isa hivi.

Suratul Al Tahrym 66:12 [kuharimisha]

Na Maryamu mtoto wa Imrani aliyejihifadhi nafsi yake na tukampuliza humo roho yetu, (inayotokana na sisi) na akayasadikisha maneno ya mola wake, na vitabu vyake; na alikuwa miongoni mwa wanyenyekevu (wakubwa)

Surah Al-Maryam 19:28

Ewe dada yake Haruni. Baba yako hakuwa mtu mbaya. Wala mama yako hakuwa hasharati.

Hapa tunaona kuwa Maryam Mama wa Isa Baba yake ni Imrani na Kaka yake aliitwa Haruni.

Tusomapo Biblia inatueleza kuwa Amrani aliwazaa hawa.

Hesabu 26:59

Na jina la mke wa Amramu aliitwa Yokebedi binti wa lawi ,ambaye alizaliwa kwake Lawi huko Misri;na huyo Yokebedi akamzalia Amram Haruni,na Musa,na Miriamu umbu lao.

Huyo Amrani aliishi miaka mingi Kabla ya Yesu na, tena ametokana na kizazi cha Lawi mtoto wa tatu wa mzee Yakobo. Mwanzo 29:34 Kut. 2:1-10. Ikiwa Mariamu wa Qurami Baba yake ni Imrani basi atakuwa ameishi miaka 1500 kabla Mama yake Yesu hajazaliwa!

Je, Mariamu mama wa Yesu ametokana na kizazi gani?

Tunaposoma Biblia tunaona kwamba Yesu anaitwa mwana wa Daudi Mathayo 1:1 Marko 10:47 na Luka 1:27,32 ndio maana pia Yesu anaitwa Simba wa Yuda Ufunuo 5:5. Hivyo basi ukoo aliyetoka Yusufu na Mariamu Mama wa Yesu ni mmoja.

3.Maana ya Jina Isa.

Ni jambo la kawaida sana jina au majina kuwa na maana. Mfano majina haya ya kiarabu yana maana hizi. Muhammad linaamanisha mwenye kushukuriwa, Abdallah ni Mtumwa wa Allah Abu-Bakar maana yake ni Baba wa bikira, Abu Huraira ni Baba wa mapaka.

Aidha majina ya Kiebrania nayo pia yana maana. Malaki ni mtumishi au Mjumbe wa Yehova, Isaya ni Wokovu wa Yehova, Ezekiel inaamanisha Mungu hutia nguvu, Daniel Mungu ni Hakimu wangu.

Jina Isa maana yake ni hii.

Katika Qurani yenye jumla ya juzuu 30 Surah 114 aya 6236 maneno yenye kutamkika 76,440 herufi 322,373 jina Isa linatamkwa lisa au Aysi limetajwa mara 25. Isa pia ameitwa masihi mara 93. Lakini tunaposoma Qurani iliofarsiriwa na Imam Baidawi voI.1 ukurasa wa 160 ameeleza kuwa Isa jina la Kiarabu maana yake ni Wekundu unaozidiana na weupe.

4.Maana ya jina Yesu

Jina Yesu linatokana na lugha ya Kiebrania ‘Yehoshua’ katika lugha ya Kigiriki wanasema ‘Iesous’ inatamka ‘Yesous’ yaani Yesu. Katika lugha ya Kiarabu wanasema “ Yasu.”kwa kiingereza ni ‘’Jesus’’ Maana yake “Bwana anaokoa au Bwana ni Mwokozi”Soma aya hizi..

Mathayo 1:18-21 na Luka 2:8-11. Bwana maana yake Mungu ndiye mwokozi Isaya 43:6, 10-11. Katika Biblia ambayo ina jumla ya Surah 1189 aya 31,102 vitabu 66 39, Agano la kale na 27 agano jipya neno Mwokozi kiiengereza wanasema Saviour limetajwa mara 55. ikumbuke kwamba katika agano jipya jina Yesu au kiebrania Yehoshua kiarabu Yashua au Yasu limetajwa mara 1275 katika aya zipatazo 1226. zingatia pia kuwa agano jipya lina jumla ya aya 7930 na Sura 260 hivyo hapa tunaona jina Yesu maana yake ni Mwokozi na jina Isa ni wekundu uliozidiana na weupe. Kwa kuwa maana ya haya majina tofauti bila shaka Isa siyo Bwana Yesu.

5Je,kuzaliwa kwa Bwana Yesu ni sawa na Isa?

1.Taarifa za Malaika kabla ya kuzaliwa kwao, kadiri ya Qurani na Biblia.

Jibrili alivyomtokea Mama wa Isa	Gabrieli alivyomtokea Mama wa Yesu
Alienda kwa Mariamu aliyekuwa msikitini Qurani 19:16-17 Saratul Mariam	Alienda kwa Mariamu aliyekuwa Nyumbani kwake .Luka 1:26-28
Mariamu Mama wa Isa haijulikani aliishi kijiji gani wala mji gani wala hata nchi haijulikani. Isitoshe Qurani inasema kuwa Jibrili ndiye aliyemleta utume Muhammed asiwapelekee Mayahudi (hana kosa),Soma Qurani 2:97 Suratul Al-Baqarah	lakini Mariamu Mama yake Yesu alitokewa na malaika Gabrieli akiwa katika kijiji cha Nazareti mji wa Galilaya nchi ya Israel Luka 1:26 Mariamu Mama wa Yesu ni Myahudi.
2.Jibrili hakutoa salamu kwa Mariamu Mama wa Isa ila alijimithilisha kwa umbo la binadamu aliye kamili Qurani 19:7 Suratul Mariam	Malaika Gabrieli alimsalimia Mariamu Mama wa Yesu Luka 1:28.
Jibrili alimwambia Mariamu kwamba mimi ni mjumbe wa mola wako ili nikupe Mwana Mtakatifu Qurani 19:19 Suratul Mariam Jibrili alisema kwa Mariamu kuwa ili tumfanye mtoto muujiza kwa wanadamu QuranI 19:21Suratul Mariam. Isitoshe Jibrili hakutaja jina la Mwana kwa Mariamu. Bali alisema ili nikupe Mwana Mtakatifu.	Lakini malaika Gabrieli alimwambia Mama waYesu kuwa utachukua mimba Luka 1:31 5. Malaika Gabrieli alisema kwa Mariamu Mama wa Yesu kuwa mtoto jina lake utamwita Yesu Luka 1:31, 2:21 Gabrieli hakusema kuwa atampa Mwana Mariamu. Bali alisema Roho mtakatifu atakujilia juu yako, yaani mtoto atazaliwa kwa uwezo wa Mungu.

2.Tofauti ya kuzaliwa kwa Isa na Yesu ni hii.

Isa bin Mariam.	Yesu Kristo.
Isa alizaliwa katika shina la mtende Qurani 19:23 Suratul Mariam.	Yesu kazaliwa katika hori la kulishia ng’ombe Luka 2:7
Kuzaliwa kwa Isa haijulikani kama mimba ya mama yake ilichua muda gani maana malaika Jibrili alisema nikupe mwana mtakatifu mara akachukua mimba na kuzaa Qurani 19:22-23 Suratul Mariam.	Lakini Mariamu Mama wa Yesu siku zake za kuzaa zilitimia Luka 2:6-7
3.Qurani haionyeshi kama Isa alitabiriwa na manabii kuwa atazaliwa	Lakini Biblia inatuthibitishia kuwa manabii walitabili kuzaliwa kwa Yesu, Isaya 7:14, 9:6 utabili huu ulitolewa na Nabii Isaya miaka 750 kabla ya Yesu kuja kuzaliwa nao ulitimia Mathayo 1:18-23
Isa haijulikani alizaliwa katika kijiji gani wala mji, wala nchi aliyozaliwa Qurani haikueleza.	4. Biblia inatujulisha kuwa Yesu alizaliwa Bethelehemu ya Uyahudi katika Mji wa Daudi umbali wa maili 5 toka kusini mwa Yerusalemu nchi ya israel Tazama Luka 2:8-16. Kuzaliwa kwake mahali hapo pia ni kutimiza unabii uliotowe na Nabii Mika miaka 750-686 kabla ya kristo kuja wakati wa wafalme – hawa wakitawala – Jotham, Ahaz na Hezekia wafalme wa Yuda. Yesu mwenyewe alizaliwa kama mwaka wa 4 wakati wa Mfalme Herode Mkuu akitawala Yuda tangu
Isa aliongea na watu akiwa mtoto mchanga, na kusema kuwa yeye ni mja wa Mungu amepewa kitabu na amefanywa Nabii Qurani 19:30-33 Suratul Mariam.	Yesu hakuongea na mtu akiwa mtoto mchanga. Alianza kuwauliza maswali na kutoa majibu akiwa na wazee Hekaluni akiwa na miaka 12 Luka 2:42-49.

Hivyo tunaona kwamba kuna tofauti nyingi tu kati ya Bwana Yesu na Isa.Swali kwako mfuatiliaji je, Isa bin Maryamu ndiye Bwana Yesu Mwokozi? Tafakari.

6.Je,Isa bin Mariam ni Mwana wa Mungu

Kama kuna jambo ambalo Allah Mungu anayeabudiwa na waislamu analikataa sana kupitia Qurani basi jambo hilo si lingine bali ni uwana wa Mungu. Allah anasema hivi.

Quani 6:101 Suratul Al-An-am [Wanyama]

Yeye ndiye Mwumba wa mbingu na ardhi. inamkinikanaje awe na mwana, hali hana mke. Naye ndiye aliye umba kila kitu (sio baadhi yake kavizaa). Naye ni mjuzi wa kila kitu.

Qurani 9:30 Suratul At-Tawba [Kutubu]

Na mayahudi wanasema “uzeri ni mwana wa Mwenyezi Mungu;”na “Wakristo wanasema Masihi ni Mwana wa Mwenyezi Mungu” Haya ndiyo wasemayo kwa vinywa vyao (pasina na kuyapima). Wanayaiga maneno ya wale waliokufuru kabla yao, Mwenyenzi Mungu uwaangamize. Wanageuzwa namna gani hawa!

Hili ni agizo la kutisha kwamba Wakristo na Wayahudi tuangamizwe kwa kuwa tumaamini Mungu ana Mwana au wana, lakini Wakristo tunaoamini hivyo kwa sababu Mungu wetu

1.Yehova alifundisha kuhusu Bwana Yesu hivi:

Kutoka 4:22 … Israeli ni mwanangu mimi...

Mathayo 17:5 ….Huyu ni mwanangu mpendwa wangu…

2.Malaika wa Mungu alisema hivi.

Luka 1:30-31,35

Malaika akamwambia usiogope Mariamu,kwa maana umepata neema kwa Mungu.Tazama utachukua mimba na kuzaa mtoto mwanamume;na jina lake utamwita Yesu. Malaika akajibu akamwambia,Roho Mtakatifu atakujilia juu yako,na nguvu zake Aliye juu zitakufunika kama kivuli;kwa sababu hiyo hicho kitakachozaliwa kitaitwa kitakatifu Mwana wa Mungu.

Hivyo Isa siyo Mwana Mungu lakini Yesu ni mwana wa Mungu. Kwa hivyo Yesu siyo Isa.

7.Je,Mamlaka ya Yesu ni sawa Isa? .

1.Qurani inasimulia kuhusu Isa bin Maryamu hivi.

Qurani 5;75 Suratul Al Maidah (Meza)

Masihi bin Maryamu “si chochote ila mtume (tu).” (Na) bila shaka mitume wengi wamepita kabla yake (Hawajaona?) na mamake ni mwanamke mkweli (na) wote wawili walikuwa wakila chakula (na kwenda choo. Basi waungu gani wanaokula na kwenda choo?) Tazama jinsi tunavyo wabainishia aya, kisha tazama jinsi wanavyogeuzwa (kuacha haki).

Hapa tunaona Qurani inasimulia kuwa masihi Isa si chochote ila mtume tu.Hivyo hana Mamlaka. .

2.Mamlaka ya Bwana Yesu ni haya.

Mathayo 28:18

Yesu akaja kwao akasema nao akawambia, “nimepewa mamlaka yote mbinguni na duniani.

Malaika Gabrieli alisema hivi.

Luka 1:30-33

Malaika akamwambia, “Usiogope Mariamu kwa maana umepata neema kwa Mungu. Tazama utachukuwa mimba na kuzaa mtoto mwanamume; na jina lake utamwita Yesu. Huyu atakuwa mkuu ataitwa Mwana wa Aliye juu, na Bwana Mungu atampa kiti cha enzi cha Daudi baba yake. Atamiliki nyumba ya Yakobo hata milele na ufalme wake utakuwa hauna mwisho

Bwana Yesu mwenye alisema hivi.

Yohana 17:1-2

Maneno hayo aliyasema Yesu;akainua mikono yake kuelekea mbinguni,akasema,Baba saa imekwisha kufika Mtukuze mwanao,ili Mwana wako naye akutukuze wewe;kama vile ulivyompa Mamlaka juu ya wote wenye mwili,ili kwamba wote uliompa awape uzima wa milele

Warumi 14:9

Maana Kristo alikufa akawa hai tena kwa sababu hii awamiliki waliokufa na walio hai pia.

Hivyo basi Yesu ana mamlaka kwa watu wote wenye mwili na pia ni mfalme wa milele.

8.Ikiwa Yesu ndiye Isa je,Isa alikufa?

Jambo moja lenye kuleta utata miongoni mwa waislamu ni kuhusu kufa kwa Isa .Waislamu wa jumuiya ya Ahamadia wao wana amini kuwa Isa alikufa kifo cha kawaida kule India na siyo msalabani. lakini waislamu wa madhehebu ya Suni,Shia,Shafi, na mengineyo wanaamini kuwa Isa bin Maryamu hajakufa wakinukuu aya hii…

Qurani 4:157-158 Suratul An-Nisaa (Wanawake)

Na kwa (ajili ya )kusema kwao sisi tumemuua masihi Isa mwana wa Maryamu, mtume wa Mungu. Hali hawakumuua wala hawakumsulubu bali walibabaishiwa (mtu mwingine wakamdhani nabii Isa.) Na kwa hakika wale waliokhitalifiana katika (hakika)hiyo (ya kumuua nabii Isa) wamo katika shaka nalo (jambo hilo kusema kauwawa]. Wao (kabisa) hawana yakini juu ya (jambo)hili (la kuwa kweli wamemuua nabii isa) isipokuwa wanafuata dhana tu.Na kwa yakini hawakumuua. Bali mwenyenzi Mungu alimnyanyua kwake. Na mwenyenzi Mungu ni mwenye nguvu (na)mwenye hikima.

Aya hii inasimilia kuwa Isa hawakumuua wala hawakumsulubu lakini ukianza kusoma aya ya

Qurani 4:156 Suratul AnNisaa (Wanawake]

Na kwa sababu ya kufukuru zao na kumzingizia Maryamu uwongo mkubwa (kuwa kamzaa nabii Isa kwa kuzini)

Hiki ni kisa cha kuhusu kuzaliwa kwa Isa, yaani dhama za utotoni ndio maana aya zinazofuatia zinasema hawakumua. lakini tukiendelea kusoma aya nyingine inasimulia hivi.

Qurani 21:34 Suratul Al Anbiyaa

Nasi hatukumfanya mwanadamu yeyote kabla yako aishi milele.Basi ukifa wewe, wao wataishi milele?

Aidha Qurani inasema mitume waliokuja na hoja zilizo wazi wazi waliuwa Qurani 3:183 kadiri ya Qurani hiyo hiyo Isa alikuja na hoja waziwazi tazama Qurani 5:110

Isa mwenyewe alitabili mambo makuu matatu haya...

Qurani 19:33 Suratul maryamu

Na amani iko juu yangu siku niliyozaliwa na siku nitakayo kufa na siku nitakayofufuka kuwa hai.

Seventh Day Adventism is Fatally Flawed!

Seventh Day Adventism is a religious group founded by Ellen G. White, whom they consider a prophetess. They especially magnify the Saturday Sabbath command given to Israel. Regarding the Lord Jesus Christ, they wrongly teach Jesus is Michael the archangel (like Jehovah's Witnesses do), but the Seventh Day Adventists believe in his deity, unlike the JWs who wrongly deny the deity of Jesus Christ! In other words, the Seventh Day Adventists believe Michael the archangel is God!

The writings of Ellen G. White, their prophetess, are of extreme importance to them. Those same writings display her heretical and dangerous views of the mark of the beast and distort the atonement.

Strange as it might sound to Christians, Seventh Day Adventists think Sunday worship is the mark of the beast in the bible! The sinister effects of that single doctrinal error will not be manifested until the real mark of the beast is revealed, but its identity will be hidden from them because they have been taught the mark of the beast is something totally different!

Furthermore, they imply from their errant doctrinal view that if someone takes the mark of the beast, he can afterwards repent and be saved. That too is dangerous, for that is NOT the message of God delivered through the third angel in Revelation.

LEARN What The Single LIE Is That Holds The Sincere JW To The Watchtower?

What does it take to effectively answer a Jehovah's Witness (or Jahova's Witness as they say in certain parts of the world) to the place that he is shaken from his spiritual delusions? It will take exposure to God's truth plus, on the part of the Jehovah's Witness, a heart which is open to Scripture.<

Jehovah's witnesses beliefs seem to be set in stone.

Many of the Jehovah's witnesses are so indoctrinated and their lives are so wrapped up with their religion that they refuse to consider the evidence which any Christian may offer, even if it comes from their own literature!

They know they would lose it all if they became a Bible-defined Christian since those who leave the organization are considered apostates and shunned by others, even their own natural family members. Hence, the price seems too great for many, but not all of them. Some Jehovah's witnesses do come to salvation. Christians must try to win them to God, for they desperately need eternal life.

Eternal life is ONLY in the Lord Jesus Christ (1 John 5:12,13) and NOT any organization or denomination. Eternal life is also spiritual life, which Christians have now this side of the grave before their physical death. These are true Christian beliefs and important answers Jehovah's Witnesses need to hear.

The Watchtower Society is NOT Jehovah's Organization

Some Jehovah's Witnesses are answered with a simple Scripture, which they don't know exists.

At other times it might take showing them their own false teachings and false prophecies of the Watchtower Society. Never forget, the real culprit is the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society (jw.org) located in Brooklyn, New York (and sometime in the future will move to Warwick, NY).

That is their headquarters, who the members think is the one and only Jehovah's Organization where God's truth is found! Thus, all the doctrinal decisions are made there, which will filter throughout the world through their members.

That is why the Jehovah's Witnesses want potential converts to read and accept the teachings found in their many Watchtower Society publications. In truth, they don't have Bible studies! They have Watchtower book studies where potential converts are jumped around from partial Scripture to partial Scripture to arrive at their predetermined conclusions.

Charles Taze Russell and JW History Exposed

The history of the Jehovah's Witnesses from Charles Taze Russell on is filled with a long list of failed false prophecies, changed doctrines and ruined lives! Shocking as it may be to Jehovah's Witnesses, in 1939 (Watchtower, 11-15-1939, p.339) they were taught God "commands all to worship Christ Jesus" and God grants salvation "only to those who obey him." That made the "worship of Christ Jesus" necessary for "salvation" in 1939! Today worship of Jesus, though scriptural, is considered idolatry. Consequently, that means the 144,000 Jehovah's Witnesses were actually idolaters and didn't go to heaven as taught, but instead to the lake of fire (Rev. 21:8). The organization headquarters is a clear and definite example of a false prophet, a ferocious wolf in sheep's clothing:

Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. (Mat 7:15)

Hence, the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society is a dangerous enemy to God's truth and to SOULS! They are diabolical deceivers and have gone so far as to conveniently produce their own so-called translation of the Bible, which they call The New World Translation.

[Note the May 15, 1984 Watchtower cover (to the left) regarding 1914 "The Generation That Will Not Pass Away." So what is a generation in the bible? It is either 40 years (Num. 32:13) or 35 years (Job 42:16). 140 divided by 4 = 35 years. Don't allow the deceivers at the WBTS headquarters mislead you about the length of a generation. Their teaching on 1914 was the 1914 generation, implying even the old people pictured on the May 15,1984 Watchtower cover, would be alive when the new system starts. That too is a false prediction.]

The foremost feature of the Jehovah's Witness Bible is supposed to be the restoration of the divine name Jehovah, but in reality it is a dark perversion of God's word where words are changed, added or omitted to alter the meaning according to Watchtower doctrine! WARNING: Do NOT be influenced by the NWT. It is NOT reliable or consistent. It is a satanic tool and on a par with the Book of Mormon and Koran. So, is God's name Jehovah? Not according to the evidence! (Keep reading.)

The Jehovah's Witnesses who come to our doors and who are seen on the streets holding up their magazines are victims and slaves of the Watchtower Society.

They have bought into the single lie that God's truth can only be found through the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society's materials.

Because the Jehovah's Witnesses have been deceived with that single concept they, therefore, rely solely on materials from the Watchtower Society for the correct understanding and interpretation of the Bible. They also think, by doing that, they are taking in knowledge for everlasting life! (NOTE: it was the Watchtower who taught the Jehovah's Witnesses that only the Watchtower can correctly interpret the Scriptures!)

Jehovah's Witnesses Beliefs

So what have they been taught and what are Jehovah's Witnesses spreading to others? Besides (correctly) believing in the virgin birth like Catholics do, some examples of the Jehovah's Witnesses weird and dangerous unscriptural teachings are:

 ONLY the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses can correctly interpret the bible (The Watchtower, 10-1-1967, p. 587). That has sadly led to the Jehovah's Witnesses brainwashing.
 The gospel is that the kingdom was established in the heavenlies in 1914.

 Jesus is only a god and Michael the archangel, the first and greatest creation of Jehovah God. **Print Out Jesus is NOT Michael the Archangel
 Hell is the grave, where the dead rest unconscious awaiting a resurrection.
 Man is a soul, that is, a man's physical body is the same as his soul.
 To qualify for baptism one must understand Jehovah's Witness beliefs.
 Jesus became the Christ after his baptism at the age of 30, NOT at his birth! (See image to the right.) In contrast to the Watchtower, the Bible says JESUS WAS BORN THE CHRIST!

But the angel said to them [the shepherds], "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David A SAVIOR HAS BEEN BORN TO YOU; HE IS CHRIST the Lord." (Luke 2:10,11)

Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that HE WOULD NOT DIE BEFORE HE HAD SEEN THE LORD'S CHRIST. Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. When the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him what the custom of the Law required, Simeon took him in his arms and praised God, saying: "Sovereign Lord, as you have promised, YOU NOW DISMISS YOUR SERVANT IN PEACE. FOR MY EYES HAVE SEEN YOUR SALVATION," (Luke 2:25-30)

 Wicked people and the devil will be annihilated.
 The departed soul of man is unconscious (or asleep) until the resurrection.

 Only 144000 can be born again and will go to heaven. The rest of the faithful Jehovah's witnesses will live forever on paradise earth.
 Jesus is the mediator between Jehovah and the 144,000 ONLY and not all mankind.
 Jesus did NOT resurrect bodily, when he resurrected.
 The Holy Spirit is referred to as holy spirit and is Jehovah's active force likened unto a radar beam - NOT a person.
 Some people will be given a second chance to accept God's ways during the 1,000 year reign of Christ.
 Taking in knowledge, as defined by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, is the only way to get everlasting life!
 We can NOT go to Jesus in prayer for salvation and can not have eternal life at this moment. (Eternal life to them is physical life, which lasts eternally!)
 You must be a Jehovah's Witness to get everlasting life! The Watchtower (God's visible organization) is God's one and only ark to survive. (See image to the left.)

 Only the Watchtower Society can correctly interpret the Bible. (See image down and to the right.)
 Total "despotic" control, by the threat of disfellowshipping, will keep the Jehovah?s Witnesses submissive slaves. It is very sad, but that is the way they (the JWs) have been trained to think and act.

Clearly, the Watchtower Society has taught one can NOT understand the bible apart from their teachings, which therefore are needed to take in knowledge to get everlasting life! If you believe such LIES, you will be hooked and be under their slavish control to never escape:

We all need help to understand the Bible, and we cannot find the Scriptural guidance we need outside the "faithful and discreet slave" organization. (The Watchtower, 2-15-1981, p. 19)

From Chile's report we read: "A special pioneer making a return visit asked the lady what book teaches us the will of God. ?The Watchtower, of course,? she said. Our sister proceeded to explain that it was, rather, the Bible. 'Yes, but what would I do with my recently obtained Bible if I did not use The Watchtower to understand it.?'" (1983 Yearbook of the Jehovah's Witnesses, p. 21.)

It is only by studying the WATCHTOWER magazine and kindred publications that they can get the needed life--giving knowledge. There is no other source. (Informant, July 1940, p. 2)

NOTE: To believe only the Watchtower Society can correctly teach the Bible, as they teach the gullible Jehovah's Witnesses, is to also cause the individual Jehovah's Witness to thereby disregard all correction from Christians, since the Christians are not spreading Watchtower teachings!

It is a win win situation for the dangerous Watchtower Society and a lose lose situation for the individual Jehovah's Witness, who is in dire need of eternal life through the Lord Jesus Christ.

If you are a Christian, please know the Jehovah's Witnesses are at your door only to convert you! They have come to teach you, not to be taught. They will try to control what subjects are discussed and will not stop as long as they think they can succeed in changing you to become one of them!

Since the Jehovah's Witnesses have five meetings a week in their meeting place, which they call a Kingdom Hall, and practice public speaking and answering people in various situations, they will come confidently and prepared. If you don't know the basic Bible doctrines, some of their own weird beliefs and why they are wrong, you may be much better off not to talk to them at this time.

Perhaps after learning how to answer a Jehovah Witness, as cited on this website, you could set up a future meeting. Jehovah's Witnesses need salvation though they have zeal and can quote some Scriptures. Remember, even the devil can quote Scripture (Lk. 4:9,10), so don't be deceived! If you become effective in answering the Jehovah's Witnesses, they may not ever return to your house and will even warn other Jehovah's witnesses to stay away too!
