MAMA ANYANG'ANYWA WATOTO WAKE BAADA YA KUUACHA UISLAM NA KUINGIA UKRISTO

Mahakama huko UAE, Ras Al Khaimah imemnyang'anya watoto mwanamke wa Kiislam kwa kosa la kuuacha Uislam na kuingia Ukristo.

Mahakama hiyo imedai kuwa, kosa la kuuacha Uislam ni kunyongwa mpaka kufa, lakini wamemsamehe na kumpa adhabu ya kuto waona watoto wake tena katika maisha yake hapa duniani.

The higher court said that the mother lost the custody of her children on the basis of the fact that she changed her religion and became a non-Muslim.

“As such, the mother cannot keep her children..."

As per court records, the father filed a lawsuit against his wife at the Ras Al Khaimah Personal Status Court of First Instance….
