FEDHA NA KUPENDA FEDHA

Nimewahi kumsikia mhubiri mmoja akisema; “Fedha ni shina la maovu, kwa hiyo wakristo wajihadhari nazo.” Na wakristo wengi wamekuwa wakisikika wakisema hivyo, kwa hiyo wanaogopa kuwa na fedha za kutosha.
Lakini ninaposikia watu wakisema hivi, huwa najiuliza wanaupata wapi usemi huu? Biblia haisemi; “Fedha ni shina la maovu.”
Badala yake Biblia inasema hivi;“ Maana shina moja la mabaya ya kila namna ni kupenda fedha;ambayo wengine hali wakiitamani hiyo wamefarakana na Imani, na kujichoma kwa maumivu mengi”(1Timotheo 6:10)
Kupenda fedha ni kuwa na tamaa ya fedha; ni kuzitamani fedha. Na kupenda fedha huku ndiko shina moja la mabaya ya kila namna.
Kuwa na fedha nyingi au kidogo siyo dhambi, kwa kuwa fedha ni mali ya Mungu (Hagai 2:8) Lakini kupenda fedha nyingi au kidogo ni shina moja la maovu.
Tamaa ya fedha ndiyo inayoleta wizi, ujambazi, mauaji, dhuluma, kutokutosheka, uchoyo, wivu, uasherati; nakadhalika. Lakini unaweza kuwa na fedha bila ya kufungwa na roho ya kupenda fedha.
Je! Unafahamu ni kwa nini shetani hapendi wakristo safi wawe na fedha? Maana ni kazi ya shetani kuwapiga vita wakristo wanaotaka kujipatia fedha kwa njia ya halali. Akishindwa kuwazuia kupata fedha; atahakikisha zile fedha walizonazo wanazimaliza haraka hata kwa matumizi ambayo hawakupanga.
Je! Unafahamu ni kwa nini?
Kwa sababu anafahamu mkristo safi akiwa na fedha za kutosha, atazitumia hizo kumpiga nazo vita kwa kuihubiri injili! Na shetani anafahamu kuwa Yesu alisema mwisho hautakuja mpaka injili ihubiriwe katika mataifa yote. Kwa hiyo anajua akiweza kuwakosesha wakristo fedha za kutosha ili injili ihubiriwe, yeye anapata muda wa kupumua na kupumzika.
Wengi wameshindwa kujenga makanisa kwa sababu ya ukosefu wa fedha. Watumishi wa kanisa wanalipwa mishahara kidogo, kwa sababu ya ukosefu wa fedha. Mikutano ya injili na semina za neno la Mungu hazifanyiki mara kwa mara kwa kukosa fedha. Wainjilisti wanatafuta fedha za kununulia vipaza sauti wanakosa. Na matokeo yake ni kazi ya Mungu kupoa.
Je! Unadhani ni nani ambaye anaweza kutoa fedha yake ili ikahubiri injili kama siyo wakristo wenyewe? Na wakristo watatoaje fedha kama hawana fedha? Na watakuwaje na fedha, kama wanadhani kuwa na fedha nyingi ni dhambi?
Na shetani ameutumia mwanya huu kuzitumia fedha ambazo wanazo watu wasiopenda haki kueneza dhambi na uovu. Je, ni haki kwa nchi nyingine kutumia ma-billioni ya fedha kutengeza silaha ambazo baadaye wanaziharibu tena, huku mamillioni ya watu wanakufa kwa njaa na maafa mengine?
Kwa hiyo usikubali unaposikia mtu akisema kuwa na fedha ni vibaya; lakini uwe mtu wa kutokupenda fedha. Kwa kuwa ukizitamani fedha utajikuta unaanza kuzitafuta hata kwa njia ambazo ni kinyume cha maadili yetu ya Kikristo; na pia kinyume cha utu wa mwanadamu.

UKRISTO ULIKUWEPO KABLA YA DINI YA UISLAM





YAMEKUWEPO madai kwamba Uislam ulianza tangu kuumbwa kwa dunia. Na wapo watu wanaotuaminisha hayo. Ukweli ni kwamba Uislam ulianzishwa na Marehemu Muhammad mwaka 622 BK huko Arabia. Kabla yake, dini zilizokuwepo zilikuwa ni Uyuda ambayo ni dini rasmi ya Wayahudi (Judaism) na Ukristo ambayo ni imani ya mataifa wasio Wayahudi ulioanza miaka kadhaa baada ya Yesu kuwa ameondoka mwaka 33BK.
Maelezo haya yana msingi wa kistoria na sio propaganda za kidini. Ndio ni propaganda kwa sababu dini zote zimekuwa na tabia ya kuonyesha kwamba zenyewe ndizo za kweli kuliko dini nyinginezo hata ikibidi kwa kuichezea historia.
Na ni bahati mbaya kwamba Dini zimekuwa na tabia ya kufanana ya kuzima uwezo wa waumini wake kuhoji lolote kwa kuwajengea hofu ya kujitafutia laana.
Qur’an inatupa maelezo yanayokinzana kuhusu lini hasa Uislamu ulianza. Baadhi ya mistari katika kitabu hicho zinadai kwamba ‘nabii’ Muhammad ndiye aliyekuwa Mwislamu wa kwanza. Kwa mfano, ukisoma Sura. 6: 163 anasema yeye ndiye wa kwanza kwa Waislamu hii ikiwa na maana kwamba yeye ndiye mwanzilishi wa Uislamu na kwamba Uislamu haukuwapo kabla yake.
Lakini katika maeneo mengine, Qur’an inadai kuwa Musa ndiye Mwislamu wa kwanza. Soma Sura 7:143. Sasa Mussa inajulikana kabisa ndiye mhusika mkuu wa dini ya Uyuda.
Kwa mshangao mkubwa zaidi, mahali pengine inadaiwa kwamba Adam, Abraham na Yesu wote walikuwa waislamu!
Hili, kwa hakika ni jambo la ajabu sana. Unapodai Yesu alikuwa Mwislamu, wakati mafundisho yake yanapingana pakubwa na Uislamu, huo ni ushahidi wa mkanganyiko ambao kwa hakika yeyote anapaswa kuuona bayana.
Kwa maoni yangu, dini hii yaweza kudai kuanza tangu kuumbwa kwa Ulimwengu ili tu kuonyesha kwamba yenyewe ndiyo ya kweli kuliko nyinginezo.
Ukweli uko wazi kwenye Qur’an yenyewe (hata kama inajichanganya) kwamba Muhammad ndiye alikuwa mwanzo wa Uislamu ndio maana anaitwa 'mtume' yaani mleta Uislam.
Sasa sisemi Uislam ni Dini potofu. Hiyo sio kazi yangu. Lakini sikubaliani na wanaodai kwamba Uislamu ulianza tangu enzi za Adam. Ndivyo ilivyo pia kwa Ukristo, dini nyingine yenye asili yake kule kule Mashariki ya kati.
Mambo mengine ni muhimu kuyaelewa hata kama yanaonekana kuwa kinyume na ‘ukweli’ wa kidini. Ikiwa unadhani kwa kujadili haya maana yake ni chuki kwa Uislamu, basi unahitaji kujielewa sasa hivi. Maana ni wazi umejitia kifungo cha hiari.

NANI ANAUPENDA WOKOVU WA KIMASIKINI?

“Nani anaupenda wokovu wa Ukristo wa kimaskini?” Ukiona mtu amefika hali ya kujiuliza swali la jinsi hii, ujue ana hali ngumu sana kiuchumi.
Hili swali nilijikuta najiuliza mwenyewe baada ya kuwa na hali ngumu sana kimaisha baada kuokoka. Kuna wakati fulani baada ya kuokoka mimi na mke wangu tulijikuta tumefika mahali pa kukosa hata dawa ya mswaki, nguo, viatu, na chakula kizuri. Licha ya shida hizi zote bado zilifuata zingine baada ya ndugu zetu wawili tuliokuwa tunawalipia masomo yao kufukuzwa na kurudi nyumbani kwa kukosa ada. Na waliambiwa wasirudi shuleni bila nusu ya ada!
Unadhani tulikuwa na furaha tena? Ingawa tulikuwa tunasema tumeokoka, na mtu akituambia ‘Bwana asifiwe’ tuliitika ‘Amina’ ndani ya mioyo yetu tulikuwa na vita vikali na maswali mengi.
Ni vigumu kuieleza hali hiyo tuliyoipitia ilivyokuwa ngumu kwa maneno. Lakini utaelewa mtu mwenye familia anavyojisikia anapoona anakosa hata fedha za kuwanunulia mke na watoto wake chakula licha ya mavazi. Wakati huo tulikuwa na mtoto mmoja.
Hali ilivyozidi kuwa ngumu, ndivyo nilivyozidi kusongwa na mawazo. Ilifika wakati ambapo nilikuwa naona aibu hata kukaa sebuleni, maana niliogopa hata kuwaangalia wale vijana waliofukuzwa shule, nikijua kuwa wataniangalia kwa macho ya huruma ili niwape ada warudi shule. Lakini si kwamba nilikuwa siwahurumii, bali sikuwa na fedha za kuwapa.
Ningeanzaje kuwaambia kuwa sina fedha, wakati wanajua nafanya kazi, na pia waliona nilikuwa na fedha nyingi kabla sijaokoka? Jambo hili lilinifanya niwaze sana. Inakuwaje kabla sijaokoka nilikuwa na fedha nyingi na baada ya kuokoka najikuta nimefilisika? Ingawa ni kweli kwamba kabla ya kuokoka fedha zingine nilizipata kwa njia zilizo kinyume cha ukristo lakini nilikuwa nazo. Na baada ya kuokoka ilibidi niziache njia hizo – na matokeo yake nilijikuta nimefilisika.
Lakini nilikuwa nimesoma katika Hagai 2:8 kuwa fedha na dhahabu ni mali ya Mungu. Na pia nilijua kuwa vyote vya Mungu ni vyangu nikiwa ndani ya Kristo. Kwa hiyo ilikuwa vigumu kuelewa kwa nini Mungu aseme fedha ni mali yake, halafu mimi niliye mtoto wake nisiwe nazo.
Ningewezaje kusema wokovu ni mzuri wakati baada ya kuokoka nimejikuta sina fedha za kutosha kununua chakula, nguo, dawa ya mswaki na hata kukosa ada za watoto! Je ndivyo Mungu anavyotaka tuwe baada ya kuokoka?
Wakati huo ndipo nilipoelewa kwa nini wana wa Israeli waliyakumbuka masufuria ya nyama ya Misri, ingawa walikula nyama hizo wakiwa utumwani. Ni rahisi sana mtu aliyeokoka kurudia njia au maisha mabaya ya kutafuta fedha kwa njia zilizo kinyume cha ukristo anapokuta anabanwa na matatizo ya kiuchumi maishani mwake. Na hata wakati mwingine unakesha katika maombi ili kumlilia Mungu akupe chakula na mavazi unaona kama vile hasikii.
Nilipokuwa nasumbuliwa na hali hii ndipo nilipojikuta najiuliza mwenyewe; “ Nani anaupenda wokovu wa kimaskini?” Nilijikuta siupendi kabisa. Ni wokovu gani huu ambao haunisaidii hata kutunza familia yangu?
Siku moja nilimuuliza mke wangu; nikasema; “Je! wewe unaupenda wokovu wa kimaskini?”
Akajibu; “Hapa, siupendi!”
Nikasema; “Naona tuna mawazo yanayofanana. Kwa hiyo naona ni muhimu tumuulize Mungu katika maombi kwa nini tulipokuwa kwa shetani tulikuwa na fedha za kutosha, lakini baada ya kuokoka na kuja kwake tunajikuta hatuna fedha hata za kununulia vitu muhimu?”
Baada ya kukubaliana hayo, mimi na mke wangu tulianza kumwomba Mungu kwa mfululizo wa siku tatu juu ya jambo moja hilo hilo. Namshukuru Mungu kwa kunipa mke ambaye aliweza kusimama pamoja nami katika maombi juu ya jambo hili. Sijui ningekuwa na hali gani kama angelalamika. Namshukuru Mungu mke wangu hakulalamika bali ALIOMBA PAMOJA NAMI.
Mungu alitujibu maombi na akaanza kutufundisha mambo mengi ambayo mengine nawashirikisha katika ujumbe huu.
Tulijua hakika kuwa hayakuwa MAPENZI YA MUNGU tuwe na hali ngumu ya kimaisha namna hiyo – kukosa fedha za kutosha kununulia nguo, chakula na vitu vingine muhimu. Na baada ya kuyaweka katika matendo yale tuliyoambiwa na Bwana yaliyo katika neno lake, hali yetu ilibadilika. Na matatizo tuliyokuwa nayo wakati ule yakaisha. Tukaanza kuona furaha tena katika maisha haya ya wokovu.
Ni vizuri kujua kuwa Mungu wetu hapendi tuwe maskini. Wala hapendi wokovu wa kimaskini! Ndiyo maana alimtuma Mwana wake wa Pekee, Yesu Kristo kutukomboa.
Kwa kukumbusha tu, Yesu Kristo aliyafanya yafuatayo kwa kufa na kufufuka kwake:
"Yesu Kristo alifanyika dhambi kwa ajili yetu, ili sisi tuhesabiwe haki bure ndani yake ya kusimama tena mbele ya Mungu"
(2Wakorintho 5:21)
"Yesu Kristo aliuchukua udhaifu wetu, ili katika mambo yote tuzitegemee nguvu zake" (Mathayo 8:17; Wafilipi 4:13)
Yesu Kristo aliyachukua magonjwa yetu, ili tusitawaliwe na magonjwa tena na kwa kupigwa kwake tumepona (Isaya 53:4,5; Mathayo 8:17; 1 Petro 2:24)
Yesu Kristo aliyachukua masikitiko na huzuni zetu, ili tukae katika amani yake ipitayo fahamu zote (Isaya 53:34; Wafilipi 4:6,7)
Yesu Kristo alikuwa maskini kwa ajili yetu ingawa alikuwa tajiri, ili sisi tupate kuwa matajiri katika Yeye (2 Wakorintho 8:9)
Ndiyo maana matunga Zaburi 23 aliandika hivi:
“Bwana ndiye mchungaji wangu, SITAPUNGUKIWA NA KITU.Katika malisho ya majani mabichi hunilaza, kando ya maji ya utulivu huniongoza. Hunihuisha nafsi yangu; na kuniongoza katika njia za haki kwa ajili ya jina lake …. Hakika WEMA
NA FADHILI zitanifuata siku zote za maisha yangu; nami nitakaa nyumbani mwa Bwana milele”.
Ni rahisi sana kusema. “Bwana ndiye mchungaji wangu, SITAPUNGUKIWA NA KITU, lakini je! Ni kweli hujapungukiwa na kitu? Je! Zaburi hii ni ya kweli, au ni maneno mazuri tu ya kutungia nyimbo?
Lakini napenda kukutia moyo kuwa maneno haya ni ya kweli, ukikaa ndani ya Kristo hutapungukiwa na kitu. Ndiyo maana Mungu alimwambia Yoshua ya kuwa atii maagizo yake yote na kuyafanya HATAMPUNGUKIA WALA KUMUACHA (Yoshua 1:5)
Kwa kuwa maneno haya ni ya kweli, mbona basi wakristo wengi WAMEPUNGUKIWA NA VITU? Tatizo haliko kwa Mungu, bali kwetu sisi. Na tuwe watendaji wa neno na tutaona mafanikio.

INJILI YA UMASKINI MAKANISANI IMETOKA WAPI KAMA SI KWA SHETANI?

UMASIKI NI NINI?
Umaskini (kutoka neno la Kiarabu) ni hali ya ukosefu wa mahitaji ya msingi ya binadamu kama vile chakula, maji salama, huduma za afya, mavazi na nyumba kutokana na kukosa uwezo wa kuvinunua. Hii pia inajulikana kama umaskini uliokithiri au ufukara.
Kwa maana nyingine, umasikini ni ile hali ya mtu kukosa pesa au mali ya kumiliki, kukosa pesa ya kufanyia shughuli za kimaendeleo, kwa mfano elimu, biashara n.k
Bali wote waliompokea aliwapa uwezo wa kufanyika watoto wa Mungu, ndio wale waliaminio jina lake” YOHANA 1:12
Biblia inatuambia kuwa, wote walio mpokea Yesu aliwapa uwezo wa kufanyika watoto wa Mungu. Sasa, iweje Mungu Baba MWENYE UPENDO awe tajiri na wewe mtoto wake uwe maskini wakutupwa?
Hakika kuna Injili ya upotofu ambayo inafundishwa Makanisani. Eti, Mkristo kuwa na Fedha au Mali au Tajiri basi wewe huwezi kuuona Ufalme wa Mbinguni. Je, hii Injili ua UMASKINI AU WOKOVU WA UMASKINI ni wa Kibiblia?
UNAFAAMU KUWA, MUNGU ANATAKA KUKUPA UTAJIRI WAKE?
“Na Mungu wangu atawajazeni KILA MNACHOHITAJI KWA KADIRI YA UTAJIRI WAKE KATIKA UTUKUFU, NDANI YA KRISTO YESU" (Wafilipi 4:9)
Biblia inasema Yesu Kristo Mungu Mkuu alifanyika maskini ili atufikie hata tulio maskini tupate kuwa matajiri na kumiliki pamoja nao. Neno kufanyika maskini haina maana alikuwa maskini, Yesu wa Nazareti ni tajiri kule kuja duniani ni kama alikuja katika umaskini kwani utajiri na ufahari wa mbinguni ukilinganisha na dunia, dunia inahesabiwa ni kama maskini, hakuna kitu huku utajiri wa kweli katika vyote u mbinguni na unapatikana tu kupitia Yesu kristo wa Nazareti.
HUDUMA YA YESU ILIKUWA TAJIRI ILE MBAYA, JE, MCHUNGAJI WAKO NA KANISANI KWENU NI MATAJIRI KAMA ALIVYO KUWA YESU?
Biblia katika Yohana 12:6 inasema; Yuda alisema hivyo si kwa kuwa aliwajali sana maskini bali kwa kuwa alikuwa mwizi. Kama mtunza fedha, alikuwa mara kwa mara anaiba kutoka katika fedha alizokabidhiwa. – INA MAANA HUDUMA YA YESU WA NAZARETI WALIKUWA MATAJIRI KIASI AMBACHO HATA YUDA PAMOJA NA KUIBA KWAKE HAWAKUPUNGUKIWA KITU YAANI NI KAMA VILE KUCHOTA MAJI BAHARINI YATAISHAJE?.
Luka 5:29-30; Baadaye Lawi mwana wa Alfayo akafanya karamu kubwa kumkaribisha Yesu wa Nazareti nyumbani kwake. Watoza kodi wengi walikuwa miongoni mwa watu wal ioalikwa, 30 Basi baadhi ya Mafarisayo na walimu wa sheria ambao walikuwa kundi moja wakawalalamikia wanafunzi wa Yesu wa Nazareti wakisema, “Mbona mnakula na kunywa na wenye dhambi?” – LAWI MWENYEWE ALIKUWA TAJIRI LAKINI AKATAJIRISHWA ZAIDI KATIKA KUMTUMIKIA YESU WA NAZARETI.
Matendo 28:30; Kwa muda wa miaka miwili Paulo aliishi katika nyumba ya kupangisha akiwakaribisha wote waliokuja kumwona.- MTUME PAULO ANATHIBITISHA PIA KWAMBA KUMHUBIRI YESU WA NAZARETI NI UTAJIRI KATIKA KILA IDARA.
Marko 10: 23-25; Yesu akatazama pande zote, akawaambia wanafunzi wake, “Itakuwa vigumu sana kwa matajiri kuingia katika Ufalme wa Mungu!”. Wanafunzi wake wakashtushwa sana na maneno hayo. Lakini Yesu akasema tena, “Wanangu, ni vigumu sana kuingia katika Ufalme wa Mungu. Ni rahisi zaidi kwa ngamia kupita katika tundu la sindano kuliko tajiri kuingia katika Ufalme wa Mungu.”- KAMA WASINGEKUWA MATAJIRI WANAFUNZI WA YESU WASINGESHITUSHWA NA KAULI YAKE HIYO.
Mpendwa mwana wa Mungu nakutakia baraka na heri za Mbinguni sasa na daima na milele. Tumsifu Yesu Kristo Mungu Mkuu na Mwokozi wetu.
USIKUBALI KUFUNDISHWA INJILI POTOFU YA UMASKINI KANISANI KWAKO. ANZA KUKIRI KUWA WEWE NI MBARIKIWA NA TAJIRI. ANZA KUKUBALI KUWA MUNGU ALIKUUMBA WEWE UWE MMILIKI WA UTAJIRI NA SIO UMASKI AMBAO NI MTEGO WA SHETANI.

Rap 'Gangsta' Snoop Dogg Debuts New Gospel Album



Famed rapper and music producer Snoop Dogg is stepping away from his usual rhymes to release his first gospel album called "Snoop Dogg: Bible of Love."
The album includes gospel and R&B heavy-hitters like Tye Tribett, the Clark Sisters, Faith Evans, and Rance Allen. 
Snoop Dogg says the gospel album is something he's been wanting to do for a while.

JINA LA YESU NI UFUNGUO WA MAISHA YAKO




Mungu ametupa jina lenye nguvu na mamlaka ya kutawala. Imeandikwa ‘Yo yote mtakayo yafunga duniani yatakuwa yamefungwa mbinguni; na yo yote mtakayo yafungua duniani yatakuwa yamefunguliwa mbinguni’ #MATHAYO18:18.
Jina la Yesu ni ufunguo wa kufunga na kufungua kitu chochote katika ulimwengu huu kwa ajili ya kuujenga ufalme wa Mungu na kuuharibu ufalme wa giza.
Ikiwa ni kwa kutenda ishara, miujiza na maajabu jina hili waweza kulitumia kufanya hayo. Ikiwa ni kufunguliwa kutoka kwenye nguvu za giza jina hili laweza kabisa pasipo shaka kumfungua mtu kutoka kwenye mateso ya nguvu za giza.

1 Itakuwa utakaposikia sauti ya Bwana, Mungu wako, kwa bidii, kutunza kuyafanya maagizo yake yote nikuagizayo leo, ndipo Bwana, Mungu wako, atakapokutukuza juu ya mataifa yote ya duniani;
2 na baraka hizi zote zitakujilia na kukupata usikiapo sauti ya Bwana, Mungu wako.
3 Utabarikiwa mjini, utabarikiwa na mashambani.
4 Utabarikiwa uzao wa tumbo lako, na uzao wa nchi yako, na uzao wa wanyama wako wa mifugo, maongeo ya ng'ombe wako, na wadogo wa kondoo zako.
5 Litabarikiwa kapu lako, na chombo chako cha kukandia unga.
6 Utabarikiwa uingiapo, utabarikiwa na utokapo.

MUNGU HAKUUMBA MASKINI, KWANINI WEWE MASIKINI?




KWANINI SI MAPENZI YA MUNGU TUWE MASKINI?
Napenda kuanza kukuambia ya kuwa si mapenzi ya Mungu uwe maskini. Kwa sababu tangu kuwekwa misingi ya ulimwengu huu, Mungu hakupanga kuwa watu wake aliowaumba wawe maskini; bila kujali rangi, kabila, wala taifa.
Nafahamu ya kuwa katika Mathayo 5:3, Yesu Kristo alisema; “Heri walio maskini wa roho; maana ufalme wa mbinguni ni wao.” Watu wengi wanapousoma mstari huu, wanadhani Yesu Kristo alisema “Heri walio maskini wa mahitaji ya MWILI; maana ufalme wa mbinguni ni wao.” Lakini Kristo hakusema hivyo.
Mtu maskini maana yake ni mtu mhitaji. Yesu Kristo aliposema “Heri walio maskini wa roho …….”Alikuwa ana maana ya kusema ‘Heri walio wahitaji wa mambo ya rohoni; maana ufalme wa mbinguni ni wao. Ndiyo maana aliongeza kusema, “Heri wenye njaa na kiu ya haki; maana hao watashibishwa"(Mathayo 5:6).
Mtu aliye maskini wa mambo ya mwili ni yule aliye mhitaji wa mambo ya mwili. Na mambo ya mwilini ninayoyasema ni mavazi, chakula na mahali pa kulala. Yesu Kristo hakusema heri wale walio na mahitaji ya chakula, mavazi, afya na malazi.
Ninaposema mahitaji ya mwili usije ukachanganya na matendo ya mwili yaliyoandikwa katika Wagalatia 5:19-21 ambayo ni uasherati, uchafu, ufisadi, ibada ya sanamu, uchawi, uadui, ugomvi, wivu, hasira, fitina, faraka, uzushi, husuda na ulevi. Mimi siyazungumzii hayo ninaposema juu ya mahitaji ya mwili. Mahitaji ya mwili ninayoyasema ni mavazi, chakula, nyumba na matibabu.
Kwa hiyo si sawa kabisa kwa mtu kuhalalisha umaskini wa mwili, yaani ukosefu wa chakula, mavazi, matibabu na nyumba, kwa kutumia maneno ya Bwana Yesu Kristo yaliyo katika Mathayo 5:3:
Nataka kurudia tena; si mapenzi ya Mungu mtu awe maskini.

A Pakistani Christian Minor Boy Raped by a Muslim Adult

A minor Christian boy who is identified as Daim Masih, between the ages of 6 to 7 years lives in a village of Sahiwal. He is the student of grade one in a Betal Christian School. At the off time, on 29th January, at 11a.m. he was coming back to his village Minar Wali 86/9 on walk.

On the way a villager named Shan Muhammad enticed Daim Masih and took him to his cattle farm. There the pitiless Shan sexually abused the little boy. After listening to the shrieks of the helpless boy, the nearby villagers Samuel Masih and Younas Masih reached at the site. Seeing the approaching neighbors, the culprit jumped over the wall and fled from the site leaving the wounded child . The poor child admitted in the DHQ hospital for treatment.
Daim’s father Javaid Masih is a poor laborer in the village. He registered an FIR (First Investigation Report) against the rapist Shan Muhammad in Police Station Gala Mundi Sahiwal. The case is being investigated by SI Nazeer Ahmed.
Presently sexual abuse in Pakistan has become a serious issue. In the Muslim majority country, a Muslim rape victim is almost fail to gain justice then what can be said about the Christian which is a religious minority in Pakistan.
Since Kasur’s minor Zainab rape case is not resolved neither the other minor girls’ culprit is yet traced.
In Pakistan, there are many rape cases which are not reported to the police either the culprit uses power against the victim to pressurize him not to take the help of law or the victim is asked for forgiveness with some compensation money for his alleged crime.

Before Islam, Medina Was Originally A Jewish City

Today, we hear a lot of talk about how Jerusalem should be split, – one half surrendered to Muslims, while the other half remains a mixed Muslim/Jewish city in Israel.  If this is the appropriate diplomatic way of turning back the clock, and ensuring peace between Muslims and Jews, then why not try out this solution with Medina first–a city that was originally Jewish?

Although the fact is little publicized, the Arab world’s second holiest city, Medina, was one of the allegedly “purely Arab” cities that actually was first settled by Jewish tribes. 1 History shows that Judaism was already well established in Medina two centuries before Muhammad’s birth.
On page 40, of his book “Arabs In History”, Bernard Lewis writes:
“The city of Medina, some 280 miles north of Mecca, had originally been settled by Jewish tribes from the north, … The comparative richness of the town attracted an infiltration of pagan Arabs who came at first as clients of the Jews and ultimately succeeded in dominating them. Medina, or, as it was known before Islam, Yathrib, had no form of stable government at all. The town was tom by the feuds of the rival Arab tribes of Aus and Khazraj, with the Jews maintaining an uneasy balance of power. The latter, engaged mainly in agriculture and handicrafts, were economically and culturally superior to the Arabs, and were consequently disliked…. as soon as the Arabs had attained unity through the agency of Muhammad they attacked and ultimately eliminated the Jews.”
The number of Jews in Medina swelled following the Roman invasion of Israel – the subsequent expulsion of its Jewish population, and from Jews fleeing persecution in Persia2.  These refugees were assimilated into the three major Jewish tribes in Medina: the Banu Nadir, the Banu Quynuqua, and the Banu Quraiza.  When these Jews resettled in Medina, they took with them a superior knowledge of agriculture, irrigation, and industry. Homeless Jewish refugees in the course of a few generations became large landowners in the country.  In addition, the refugees who had come from Israel quickly became the controllers of its finance and trade.  This new Jewish prosperity also quickly became a direct challenge to the Arabs of the region, particularly the Quraysh at Mecca (of which Mohammad was a member) and other Arab tribes in Medina.
According to Alfred Guillaume,
At the dawn of Islam the Jews dominated the economic life of the Hijaz [Arabia]. They held all the best land … ; at Medina they must have formed at least half of the population. There was also a Jewish settlement to the north of the Gulf of Aqaba…. What is important is to note that the Jews of the Hijaz made many proselytes [or converts] among the Arab tribesmen.5
To add fuel to this fire, the Jews, strong in their faith in G-d, refused to accept Mohammad’s claims to be the final prophet.  In response, a precedent was established by Muhammad among Arab-Muslims to expropriate that which belonged to the Jews of Medina.
Guillaume continues,
… [Jewish] leaders opposed [Mohammad’s] claim to be an apostle sent by God, and though they doubtless drew some satisfaction from his acceptance of the divine mission of Abraham, Moses, and the prophets, they could hardly be expected to welcome the inclusion of Jesus and Ishmael among his chosen messengers.
… the existence of pockets of disaffected Jews in and around his base was a cause of uneasiness and they had to be eliminated if he [Muhammad] was to wage war without anxiety.
Because the Jews preferred to retain their own beliefs the Jews of Medina fell under suspicion of treachery by Mohammad and were forced to lay down their arms and evacuate their settlements. Valuable land and much booty fell into the hands of the Muslims.12
Jealous, frustrated, and offended by the refusal of the Jews to accept him as a prophet of G-d, at the first feeling of military superiority over the Jews of Medina, Mohammad gave up his attempts to convert the Jews, and decided instead to make war on them proclaiming the following:
“Two religions may not dwell together on the Arabian Peninsula.”13
This edict was carried out by Abu Bakr and Omar 1, the Prophet Muhammad’s successors; the entire community of Jewish settlements throughout northern Arabia was systematically slaughtered.
According to Bernard Lewis,
“the extermination of the Jewish tribe of Quraiza was followed by “an attack on the Jewish oasis of Khaibar.”14
The battle of Khaybar, (the final destruction of the Jews of Medina) is a battle well known by Muslims today.  They often recall it at “anti-Israel” rallies, protests, speeches, and all over youtube, with the chant “Khaybar Khaybar ya Yahud, jaish-Muhammad saya’ud” (Khaybar Khaybar oh Jews, the army of Muhammad will return)15
They recall as their greatest hope, and sincerest joy to repeat the massacre at Khaybar done by their “pefect man” Mohammad.  At Khaybar, after the Jews were forced to flee their homes and villages in Medina, Messengers of Muhammad were sent to the Jews who had escaped to the safety and comfort of Khaibar, “inviting” Usayr, the Jewish “war chief,” to visit Medina for meditations.
Usayr set off with thirty companions and a Muslim escort. Suspecting no foul play, the Jews went unarmed. On the way, the Muslims turned upon the defenseless delegation, killing all but one who managed to escape. “War is deception,” 15 16
The slaughter of Arabian Jews and the expropriation of their property became Allah’s will. This massacre is recalled joyfully in the Koran:
… some you slew and others you took captive. He (Allah] made you masters of their [the Jews’] land, their houses and their goods, and of yet another land [Khaibar] on which you had never set foot before. Truly, Allah has power over all things.18
Guillaume reports that the anti-Jewish attack at Khaibar was fiercely fought off, but “though the inhabitants fought more bravely here than elsewhere, outnumbered and caught off their guard, they were defeated.”19 Those who somehow survived constituted the formula for Islam’s future successes. Some of the Jews, “non-Muslims” or infidels, “retained their land,” at least until Muslims could be recruited in sufficient numbers to replace the Jews. Meanwhile, the Arabian Jews paid a fifty-percent “tribute,” or tax, for the “protection” of the new plunderers. As Professor Lewis writes, “The Muslim victory in Khaibar marked the first contact between the Muslim state and a conquered non-Muslim people and formed the basis for later dealings of the same type.
