TEXAS MOSQUE burns to the ground, cause and motive as yet unknown
An early-morning fire today destroyed the Islamic Center of Jihad Indoctrination in Victoria that was a target of hatred several years ago and experienced a burglary just a week ago.
NBC A clerk at a convenience store spotted smoke and flames billowing from the Islamic Center of Victoria at around 2 a.m. and called the fire department. “It’s sad to stand there and watch it collapse down, and the fire was so huge,” Shahid Hashmi, the Islamic center’s president, said. “It looks completely destroyed.”
The congregation’s pastor, known as an imam, was awake in the early morning hours and checked online surveillance of the mosque and found no alarm active and the doors unlocked, Hashmi said. (Inside job?)

YESU ANAKUPENDA (SEHEMU YA KWANZA)
Swali la muhimu linazuka: Je, Mungu anampenda kila mmoja wetu?
Baadhi ya watu wanakubali kwamba Mungu anawapenda wanadamu kwa ujumla kama andiko la Yohana 3:16 linavyosema. Lakini wanahisi hivi: ‘Mungu hawezi kamwe kunipenda mimi.’
Shetani Ibilisi anataka sana tuamini kwamba Yesu hatupendi wala hatuthamini. Kwa upande mwingine, Yesu anatuhakikishia kuwa anamthamini kila mmoja wa watumishi wake waaminifu hata kama tunafikiri hatupendwi au hatuthaminiwi.
Kwa mfano, fikiria maneno ya Yesu kwenye Mathayo 10:29-31. Yesu alitoa mfano huu ili kuonyesha kwamba wanafunzi wake wana thamani: “Je, shore wawili hawauzwi kwa sarafu ya thamani ndogo? Na bado hakuna hata mmoja wao atakayeanguka kwenye ardhi bila Baba yenu kujua. Lakini nywele zenyewe za kichwa chenu zimehesabiwa zote. Kwa hiyo msiwe na hofu: nyinyi ni bora zaidi kuliko shore wengi.” Hebu fikiria jinsi wasikilizaji wa Yesu katika karne ya kwanza walivyoyaelewa maneno hayo.
Katika siku za Yesu, Shore alikuwa ndege wa bei rahisi sana aliyenunuliwa ili kuliwa. Mtu aliyelipa sarafu moja ya thamani ndogo sana, alipewa Shore wawili. Lakini kulingana na andiko la Luka 12:6, 7, baadaye Yesu alisema kwamba mtu aliyelipa sarafu mbili, alipewa shore watano badala ya shore wanne. Shore mmoja aliongezwa kana kwamba hakuwa na thamani yoyote. Huenda ndege hao hawakuwa na thamani machoni pa wanadamu, lakini Muumba aliwaonaje? Yesu alisema: “Hakuna hata mmoja wao [hata yule aliyeongezwa] hupata kusahaulika mbele ya Mungu.” Sasa huenda tumeanza kuelewa alilomaanisha Yesu. Ikiwa Mungu anamthamini sana shore mmoja, namna gani mwanadamu! Kama Yesu alivyosema, Mungu Baba anatujua vizuri sana. Kwani, hata nywele za kichwa chetu zimehesabiwa zote!
Kwa nini tunaweza kuwa na hakika kwamba Yesu hakutia chumvi aliposema kwamba nywele za kichwa chetu zimehesabiwa?
Huenda wengine wakafikiri kwamba Yesu alitia chumvi. Hata hivyo, hebu fikiria ufufuo. Ni lazima Mungu Baba awe anatujua vizuri sana ili aweze kutuumba upya! Anatuthamini sana hivi kwamba anakumbuka kila jambo, hata chembe zetu za urithi, kumbukumbu, na ujuzi wetu wote. Kichwa cha mtu huwa na nywele 100,000 hivi, kwa hiyo kuhesabu nywele za vichwa vyetu ni jambo rahisi sana ikilinganishwa na kukumbuka mambo hayo yote. Bila shaka, maneno hayo ya Yesu yanatuhakikishia kabisa kwamba Mungu Baba anamjali kila mmoja wetu.

Biblia hufunua jambo lingine linalotuhakikishia kwamba Mungu anatupenda. Yeye hutafuta na huthamini mema yaliyo ndani yetu. Kwa mfano, fikiria Mfalme Yehoshafati aliyekuwa mwema. Mfalme huyo alipotenda jambo la kipumbavu, nabii wa Mungu alimwambia hivi: “Kwa ajili ya hayo ghadhabu i juu yako itokayo kwa BWANA.” Ulikuwa ujumbe wenye kuogofya kama nini! Lakini ujumbe wa Mungu haukukomea hapo. Uliendelea kusema hivi: “Walakini yameonekana mema ndani yako.” (2 Mambo ya Nyakati 19:1-3) Kwa hiyo, hasira adilifu ya Mungu haikumzuia asione “mema” yaliyokuwa ndani ya Yehoshafati. Inatia moyo sana kujua kwamba Mungu wetu hutafuta mema ndani yetu hata ingawa sisi si wakamilifu.

YESU NI NJIA YA KWELI NA UZIMA
Yesu akamwambia, Mimi ndimi njia, na kweli, na uzima; mtu haji kwa Baba, ila kwa njia ya mimi. Yohana 14 :6
Kuna mambo mawili ya msingi kwenye huu mstari

Kama kuna njia ya kweli ni wazi kabisa ziko njia za uongo, na kama kuna uzima katika njia ya kweli ni wazi kwamba iko mauti kwenye njia ya uongo!
Kila njia ambayo imebeba mauti kwenye maisha yako ikafungwe kwa jina la Yesu, tunaifunga hiyo njia na kuiteketeza kwa jina la Yesu, Mungu akukumbuke siku ya leo, njia zote za mauti zikuachie.
Sema Amen kama unayo imani ndani ya Kristo Yesu
FURAHA KATIKA ROHO MTAKATIFU
Mara kadhaa nimesikia watu wakisema, “Nikienda kanisani najisikia raha kweli; lakini nikitoka, hali ya uzito wa moyo inanirudia tena.”
Ndugu, Biblia inasema: Maana ufalme wa Mungu si kula wala kunywa, bali ni haki na amani na furaha katika Roho Mtakatifu. (Rum. 14:17).
Hebu tujiulize swali hapa. Sehemu nyingine tunaposoma, Bwana anasema kwamba:
Ulimwenguni mnayo dhiki, lakini jipeni moyo. Mimi nimeushinda ulimwengu. (Yohana 16:33)
Nanyi mtakuwa mkichukiwa na watu wote kwa ajili ya jina langu; lakini mwenye kuvumilia hata mwisho, ndiye atakayeokoka. (Mathayo. 10:22);
Jaribu halikuwapata ninyi isipokuwa lililo kawaida ya wanadamu. (1Wakorintho10:13)
Hata mtume Paulo aliye mtume mkuu namna ile wa Bwana hakuweza kuyaepuka majaribu licha ya kuwa mwaminifu sana kwenye huduma aliyokabidhiwa. Lakini licha ya mateso mengi aliyopitia, ni yeye huyohuyo ndiye anayeongelea juu ya kuwa na furaha katika Roho Mtakatifu!
Paulo alipitia mambo magumu sana ambayo si wengi wanaweza kustahimili. Anasema: ...katika taabu kuzidi sana; katika vifungo kuzidi sana; katika mapigo kupita kiasi; katika mauti mara nyingi. Kwa Wayahudi mara tano nalipata mapigo arobaini kasoro moja. Mara tatu nalipigwa kwa bakora; mara moja nalipigwa kwa mawe; mara tatu nalivunjikiwa jahazi; kuchwa kucha nimepata kukaa kilindini; katika kusafiri mara nyingi; hatari za mito; hatari za wanyang‟anyi; hatari kwa taifa langu; hatari kwa mataifa mengine; hatari za mjini; hatari za jangwani; hatari za baharini; hatari kwa ndugu za uongo; katika taabu na masumbufu; katika kukesha mara nyingi; katika njaa na kiu; katika kufunga mara nyingi; katika baridi na kuwa uchi. (2Wakorintho 11:23-27). Hebu piga picha ya maisha hayo!!
Na hii hali ya kupita kwenye majaribu ndiyo hali halisi ya maisha ya kila mwanadamu! Majaribu si lazima yafanane kwa kila mtu lakini suala la msingi ni kwamba, hakuna mtu ambaye hayamkuti.
Inakuwaje basi Mungu anataka tuwe na furaha huku wakati huohuo anasema kuwa tutapita katika majaribu? Unapataje furaha huku unaumwa; huku huna mtoto; huku umefukuzwa kazi au umefukuzwa nyumbani kwenu?
JE, UNAISHI MAISHA YA AINA MBILI?
UTANGULIZI
Mwandishi mmoja alimwuliza Bwana Yesu: Katika amri zote ni ipi iliyo kuu? (Mk. 12:28).
Bwana alimjibu: Ya kwanza ndiyo hii, Sikia, Israeli, Bwana Mungu wetu ni Bwana mmoja; nawe mpende Bwana Mungu wako kwa moyo wako wote, na kwa roho yako yote, na kwa akili zako zote, na kwa nguvu zako zote. (Mk. 12:29-30). Hicho ndicho kipimo cha utimilifu wa utii.
Tunapoamua kumfuata Yesu, hata hivyo, hatukamiliki kwa siku moja. Maisha ya wokovu ni safari; ni mchakato wa kukua kuanzia uchanga, utu uzima, hadi utimilifu wa Kristo. (1 Pt. 2:2; Ebr. 5:12-14).
Mabadiliko ya ukuaji wetu kiroho hayafanyiki kwa juhudi zetu wenyewe – ni Roho Mtakatifu ndiye anayetubadilisha. Wajibu wetu ni kumpa nafasi ili aweze kufanya hivyo. Hiyo ni kusema kwamba, kazi ya Roho Mtakatifu ndani yetu inategemea mwenendo wetu na kiwango kile cha utayari tulio nao wa kutii neno lake; na pia bidii na shauku yetu ya kumtafuta Bwana. Yeye anasema: Nawapenda wale wanipendao na wale wanitafutao kwa bidii wataniona. (Mith. 8:17).
KABLA YA KUOKOLEWA
Kabla ya kuokolewa tunakuwa ni watu wa duniani. Mawazo, maneno, na matendo yetu yanakuwa ni ya kidunia; maana dunia ina kawaida zake ambazo ni tofauti kabisa na zile za kimbingu.
Maandiko yanasema: Msidanganyike; waasherati hawataurithi ufalme wa Mungu, wala waabudu sanamu, wala wazinzi, wala wafiraji, wala walawiti, wala wevi, wala watamanio, wala walevi, wala watukanaji, wala wanyang’anyi. Na baadhi yenu mlikuwa watu wa namna hii; lakini mlioshwa, lakini mlitakaswa, lakini mlihesabiwa haki katika jina la Bwana Yesu Kristo, na katika Roho wa Mungu wetu. (1 Kor. 6:9-11).
Vilevile imeandikwa: Basi matendo ya mwili ni dhahiri, ndiyo haya, uasherati, uchafu, ufisadi, ibada ya sanamu, uchawi, uadui, ugomvi, wivu, hasira, fitina, faraka, uzushi, husuda, ulevi, ulafi, na mambo yanayofanana na hayo ... (Gal. 5:19-21).
Huko ndiko ambako tunakuwa kabla ya kuamua kumpokea Yesu mioyoni mwetu na kumwachia utawala wa maisha yetu. Wakati tungali kule, maandiko yanasema: Nanyi mlikuwa wafu kwa sababu ya makosa na dhambi zenu; ambazo mliziendea zamani kwa kuifuata kawaida ya ulimwengu huu, na kwa kumfuata mfalme wa uwezo wa anga, roho yule atendaye kazi sasa katika wana wa kuasi; ambao zamani, sisi sote nao tulienenda kati yao, katika tamaa za miili yetu, tulipoyatimiza mapenzi ya mwili na ya nia, tukawa kwa tabia yetu watoto wa hasira kama na hao wengine. (Efe. 2:1-3).

Animal cruelty! Two TROGLODYTES MUHAMMADANS post photos of them cutting off a dog's ears ...and people are trying to bring them to justice
Some folks in Turkey are mobilizing into action after they saw shocking photos of animal cruelty perpetuated by two Turkish men. The men posted vicious online video and photos of them cutting off a dog’s ears. Internet vigilantes tracked down the men and are now working with law enforcement in Turkey to bring them to justice.

CHINESE, ASIAN tourists avoiding Paris like the plague because of Muslim violence, theft, and terrorism
President of the Chinese Association of Travel Agencies in France, Jean-François Zhou, said “increasingly violent” thefts and assaults are turning France into “one of the worst destinations for foreign tourists.” Many tourists are now looking to Russia as a much safer holiday destination.
Breitbart Mr. Zhou, a representative for major Chinese travel agency Utour in France, reported a steep decline in visitor numbers from Asia, and said many tourists are now looking to Russia as a less dangerous holiday destination.
“In 2016, there were 1.6 million Chinese tourists compared to 2.2 million in 2015. The number of Japanese tourists dropped 39 per cent, and Koreans 27 per cent. Our tourists have turned to Russia, which is less attractive but at least it is a safe country. For Putin, it is an economic windfall”, he told Le Parisien.
Rising violence and aggression account for the drop, according to Mr. Zhou, who said: “For a number of Chinese tourists, the dream of visiting France and Paris has turned into a nightmare.
“[Chinese tourists] are robbed in the palace of Versailles, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in front of their hotel, as they leave the coaches … In high season, not a day goes by without tourists being assaulted.”
Violent incidents in France have “sparked panic” on social media in Chinese, Mr. Zhou said, recalling one in which an 80-year-old man was seriously injured as he tried to resist thieves, and he reported how female tourists have been pushed to the ground while criminals steal bags containing all their papers.
Having lived in France for 25 years, Mr. Zhou said he has borne witness to the country’s deteriorating security situation over the decades, which has resulted in Paris ranking “number one in Europe in terms of the upsurge in delinquency”.
Paris’s regional tourism office last year reported a slump in visitor numbers to the city, and attributed some of the decline to terror fears, as more than 200 people have been killed in Islamic terror in France since 2015.
NEW JERSEY APPEALS COURT upholds firing of Muslim-convert corrections officer who refused to remove her headbag on the job
While the restriction on headgear constitutes a prima facie claim for religious discrimination, dismissal of her complaint was proper because accommodation of her religious practice would impose an unreasonable hardship on her employer, the appeals court said in Tisby v. Camden County Correctional Facility. Not to mention an unreasonable hardship on her fellow officers when they have to save her ass because a prison inmate grabbed her by the headbag and was trying to strangle her to death.
Apparently, designated terrorist group CAIR’s handy dandy Guides for Correctional Institutions and Law Enforcement about accommodating Islamic sharia law in the workplace didn’t work this time.
NJ Law Journal The headbag (hijab in Arabic) worn by Linda Tisby after she became a Sunni Muslim in 2015 could be used to choke someone, or to smuggle contraband into the jail, the appeals court said. What’s more, it undermined the facility’s goal of presenting a unified, neutral and unbiased force to the public and inmates, the court said.
The appeals court noted with approval the reliance by the court below on two federal court rulings from the Third Circuit, Webb v. City of Philadelphia, barring the wearing of Muslim head coverings by a woman police officer, and EEOC v. Geo Group, finding that the right of women employees in a correctional facility to wear Muslim headgear was outweighed by safety concerns.
Tisby began working at the jail in 2002 but became a Muslim in 2015, and one day she reported to work wearing the khimar. She refused to remove it, was sent home and recommended for disciplinary charges. After continuing to report to work wearing the hijab, she was dismissed on May 11, 2015.
She filed two separate suits against Camden County and the Camden County Correctional Facility. The first, filed on June 12, 2015, sought damages under the Law Against Discrimination and alleged that the jail had permitted other women to work with head coverings, including a woman undergoing chemotherapy. A month later, she filed a second suit, seeking reinstatement and back pay and asserting violations of the LAD.
The second complaint was dismissed on Aug. 7, 2015, in a ruling finding that the jail would face an undue hardship if it accommodated Tisby’s request. The first complaint was dismissed by a different judge on Aug. 21, 2015, based on the entire-controversy doctrine.
On appeal, Judge Mary Gibbons Whipple, joined by Judges Marie Lihotz and Amy O’Connor, applied the burden-shifting methodology from the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in McDonnell Douglas v. Green.
“We do not minimize the religious significance of the hijab for the women who wear them. However, the trial judge drew appropriate guidance from the logic of Geo and Webb, as well as the evidence presented, when determining an accommodation would impose a hardship on defendants,” Whipple wrote.
Howard Goldberg, the first assistant Camden County counsel, said the ruling was the first of its kind in New Jersey to address Muslim headgear in a corrections or law enforcement setting, although similar circumstances have come up before. He said the case is notable for its focus on the need for police and corrections agencies “to be able to present a face to the public that is unified.”
“The safety issue is one aspect. The other aspect that I think is pretty important is the presentation to the public of an unbiased officer,” Goldberg said.
