MUHAMMAD'S CLAIMS ABOUT THE SPLITTING OF THE MOON

"The pagans demanded of the Prophet that he show them a miracle, and he showed them the splitting of the moon. 'Abdullah bin Massud reported: During the lifetime of the Prophet the moon was split into two parts and on that the Prophet said, 'Bear witness (to this).' Bukhari volume 4 book 56 chapter 26 and volume 4 book 56 chapter 26 and.830, p.533.

Note that splitting into two parts means that the moon was divided in half, and the verb used here is in the past tense. We have no records of any other people in the world, including their neighbors in Egypt, Syria, or Persia, who saw the moon split into two parts. The Quran and hadiths do not say how the moon could return to being one again.

Imam Ahmad recorded that Jubayr bin Mutw'im said: "The moon was split into two parts during the time of the Messenger of Allah and part of the moon was on one mountain and the other part on another mountain. They said (the pagans), "Muhammad has bewitched us". Then they said: "If Muhammad can bewitch us, he could not bewitch all people" [Imam Ahmad]

Imam Ahmad recorded that Jubayr Mutwila said that the Moon was split into two parts and part of the Moon was placed on a mountain.

NOW LET'S START OUR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND CALCULATIONS.

THE MOON HAS A DIAMETER OF 1079 MILES

This means that the size of the Moon is about 14.6 million square miles, equivalent to 38 million square kilometers. Compared to the entire continent of Asia, which is about 17.2 million square miles, you can see that the entire continent of Asia is slightly smaller than the Moon.

SAUDI ARABIA HAS A SIZE OF (800,000 SQUARE MILES)

Now, half of the moon has a size of 7.3 million square miles, which is more than 14 times the size of Saudi Arabia. BUT MUHAMMAD CLAIMS AND CONVINCES MUSLIMS THAT HE PLACED THIS 7.3 MILLION SQUARE MILE PIECE ON A MOUNTAIN WITHIN A SMALL COUNTRY WHICH IS 14 TIMES SMALLER.

Why don't Muslims understand mathematics, or why do they like to act stupid and foolish when this claim of splitting the Moon can be proven by fourth-grade math calculations?

LET'S READ THIS CLAIM IN ANOTHER HADITH

"Anas reported that the people of Mecca asked the Prophet of Allah to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting moon." Bukhari volume 4 book 56 chapter 26 and.831, p.533.

SO, HOW DID MUHAMMAD SHOW THEM THE MOON WHICH, IF PLACED ON A MOUNTAIN AS HE CLAIMS, WOULD COVER ALL OF ARABIA?

So where did Muhammad stand when he showed these two halves of the Moon, each the size of half of the continent of Asia?

When we say that the late Muhammad was a FALSE prophet, we are not accusing him more than giving him his solid attribute of FALSEHOOD.

WHAT HAPPENED?

LUNAR ECLIPSE

A lunar eclipse is when the Moon does not appear partially or completely for a short time until it reappears as a full moon. This change can last from one hour to three and a half hours.

A lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth's shadow falls over the Moon partially or completely. This happens when the Moon, Earth, and Sun are in line, with the Earth in the middle of the Sun and the Moon. Then the Earth's shadow touches the Moon. It only happens during a full moon. This is the opposite of a solar eclipse, where the Sun, Moon, and Earth are also in line but the Moon is between the Sun and the Earth, and this is when the Moon causes darkness on the Earth's surface where its shadow passes over the Earth.

Often, lunar eclipses are not easy to recognize because they are not complete. Here the Moon passes through only part of Earth's shadow. A partial eclipse is a situation where part of the light is blocked, but some still reaches. The difference in brightness is not very sharp.
