7 SIGNS YOU ARE ANOINTED BY GOD

🔥 7 SIGNS YOU ARE ANOINTED BY GOD 🔥

The anointing of God is not measured by fame, influence, charisma, or popularity. Scripture teaches that God's anointing is revealed through a life transformed by the Holy Spirit and surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Many seek the applause of men, but those who are truly anointed seek only the approval of God.

The anointing is not given to make us important—it is given to make us useful for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.

1. Your heart longs for God more than the world.

The anointed believer discovers that worldly pleasures can never satisfy the deepest longing of the soul. Like David, you cry:

"As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God." (Psalm 42:1)

God's presence becomes your greatest treasure.

2. You remain faithful when no one is watching.

Before David wore a crown, he faithfully watched sheep. Before Joseph ruled Egypt, he served faithfully as a slave and a prisoner. God prepares His servants in secret before He entrusts them with public ministry.

"He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much." (Luke 16:10)

3. Trials deepen your faith instead of destroying it.

God often prepares His anointed through seasons of testing. Affliction produces perseverance, humility, and complete dependence upon Christ.

"Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." (James 1:3)

Your greatest battles often become your greatest testimonies.

4. You carry Christ's compassion for the lost.

An anointed heart reflects the heart of Jesus. Instead of living for self, you desire to see sinners saved, the broken restored, and the hopeless encouraged through the Gospel.

"For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost." (Luke 19:10)

5. You hunger for the Word of God.

The Bible is no longer merely information—it becomes your spiritual nourishment, your authority, and your daily guide.

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." (Psalm 119:105)

The anointed believer feeds continually upon God's truth.

6. The Holy Spirit convicts you of sin.

Rather than becoming comfortable with compromise, your conscience remains sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Genuine anointing produces holiness, repentance, and spiritual growth.

"Be ye holy; for I am holy." (1 Peter 1:16)

7. Your life glorifies Jesus—not yourself.

The highest evidence of God's anointing is humility. Every gift, every victory, every opportunity, and every miracle belongs to Christ alone.

As John the Baptist declared:

"He must increase, but I must decrease." (John 3:30)

True anointing always points people to Jesus Christ.

A Final Reflection

The world celebrates celebrity, but Heaven honors character.

The world rewards popularity, but God rewards faithfulness.

The world pursues recognition, but Christ calls His disciples to humility and obedience.

Protect your prayer life.

Guard your heart.

Remain rooted in Scripture.

Walk in holiness.

Serve with humility.

Never trade God's approval for human applause.

The same God who anointed David in the shepherd's field, called Esther from obscurity, empowered the apostles through the Holy Spirit, and transformed ordinary fishermen into world changers is still calling faithful men and women today.

"But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things."
1 John 2:20 (KJV)

Remember this truth: Your anointing is never about personal glory. It is about exalting Jesus Christ, proclaiming His Gospel, and bringing hope to a world desperately in need of His saving grace.

Stay faithful. Stay humble. Stay filled with the Holy Spirit.

For what God has anointed, no man can ultimately overthrow when God Himself is pleased with His servant.

To God alone be all the glory.
