❤️ IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD—JESUS CHRIST, THE GOD OF LOVE

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."John 1:1 (KJV)

From eternity past, before the universe existed, before time began, before the stars filled the heavens, Jesus Christ already existed. He was not created. He is the eternal Word of God. John declares one of the greatest truths in Scripture: the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

This means that Jesus is fully divine. He possesses the very nature, glory, holiness, power, and eternal existence of God. He is not merely a prophet, a teacher, or a great moral example. He is God manifested in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16), the Creator through whom all things were made (John 1:3; Colossians 1:16-17).

But what makes this truth even more astonishing is that God is love (1 John 4:8). The eternal God who created the universe did not remain distant from humanity. Out of His immeasurable love, He entered His own creation in the person of Jesus Christ.

John writes:

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us..." (John 1:14).

The Creator became a servant. The King of heaven walked among sinners. The Holy One touched lepers, healed the sick, forgave the guilty, comforted the brokenhearted, and welcomed those whom society rejected.

The greatest demonstration of God's love was revealed at the cross.

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son..." (John 3:16).

Jesus willingly bore our sins, suffered our punishment, and died in our place so that everyone who believes in Him may receive forgiveness, eternal life, and reconciliation with God.

His resurrection on the third day declared His victory over sin, death, and the grave. Today He reigns forever as King of kings and Lord of lords.

The message of the Gospel is simple yet life-changing:

  • Jesus is the eternal Word.

  • Jesus is God.

  • Jesus is the Creator.

  • Jesus became flesh.

  • Jesus died for our sins.

  • Jesus rose again.

  • Jesus loves you with an everlasting love.

  • Jesus offers eternal life to everyone who believes in Him.

No matter your past, failures, or circumstances, Christ's love is greater than your sins. His grace is sufficient. His mercy is new every morning. His invitation remains open:

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

Today, open your heart to Jesus Christ. The eternal Word who created the universe also knows your name, hears your prayers, and desires a personal relationship with you.

Jesus is God. God is love. Therefore, Jesus is the perfect revelation of God's eternal love for mankind.

May His love transform your heart, strengthen your faith, and give you the assurance of everlasting life.

Grace and peace be with you in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
