LISTEN, EVERYONE! THE LORD JESUS IS COMING BACK SOON!

The central hope of Christianity is not found in politics, economic prosperity, scientific advancement, or human achievement. It is found in the promised return of Jesus Christ.

The New Testament consistently presents the Second Coming of Christ as a historical, visible, and future event. Jesus Himself declared that He would return (John 14:1–3), angels affirmed His return at His ascension (Acts 1:9–11), and the apostles repeatedly encouraged believers to live in eager expectation of His appearing (Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–18).

The certainty of Christ's return should shape the believer's theology and daily life. Biblical eschatology is not intended to produce fear or speculation but holiness, perseverance, and faithful obedience. Jesus warned His disciples:

"Be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh." (Matthew 24:44, KJV)

This command remains relevant today. While humanity invests enormous effort in preparing for careers, financial security, and earthly success, many neglect the one appointment every person will ultimately face—standing before God.

The gospel proclaims that Jesus first came as the suffering Savior, offering Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world. Through His death, burial, and resurrection, He accomplished redemption for all who repent and believe. His second coming will reveal Him as the righteous Judge and the King of kings, bringing justice, rewarding His faithful people, and establishing His everlasting kingdom.

Therefore, the appropriate response is not panic but repentance; not indifference but faith; not spiritual complacency but steadfast devotion to Christ.

If your relationship with God has grown cold, return to Him. If you have drifted from His Word, seek Him while His invitation of grace is extended. If you have never placed your faith in Jesus Christ, today is the day to respond to His call.

The Scriptures remind us that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10–11). The question is not whether Christ will return—the Scriptures affirm that He will. The question is whether each of us is prepared to meet Him.

The invitation of the gospel remains open today.

Jesus Christ is coming again. Are you ready?

"Even so, come, Lord Jesus." — Revelation 22:20
